Role Description We seek a meticulous and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our team. The Care Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating the delivery of high-quality care services across Milton Keynes and Oxford, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to clients based on the level and type of Care they need. Responsibilities Rostering and care planning Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Track inventory levels and order materials as needed. Assist in quality control checks to maintain high standards of Care. Implement and maintain health and safety standards in the Care area. Provide administrative support to the Care team and clients. Ensure training records are updated, and supervisions are scheduled at the correct time. Responsible for sourcing for new care packages and building on existing packages. Improving and maintaining the continuity of Care for new and existing care packages. Maintain clear, accurate, appropriate and up-to-date digital records for all clients and care workers within your area. Responsible for cordially resolving customer queries promptly within your area to maintain a positive Company reputation as directed by your line manager. Ensure all operations are Company, CQC and Ofsted Compliant. Partake in Oncall duties. Support the team as directed by your line manager in delivering and supervising care services. Quality assurance duties. Medication records coordination. Contribute to the growth and service expansion targets set by the business. Seniority level
