Proclinical is collaborating with a multinational biopharmaceutical company who are seeking a Medical Advisor specializing in Rheumatology to join their team. This role focuses on adapting and translating scientific content for local use and collaborating with the EU medical Immunology team. You will play a crucial role in overcoming barriers to developing field materials and assets. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport. Responsibilities: Implement local medical solutions as outlined in the Integrated Strategic Plan. Adapt global solutions for the UK/Ireland market, considering local insights and budget constraints. Execute specific local solutions timely, including MSL materials, advisory boards, real-world evidence, congresses, and medical training. Ensure all medical solutions comply with local regulations. Collaborate with external stakeholders on key projects to enhance patient value. Develop and execute a communication plan aligned with patient value strategy and local insights. Contribute to guideline initiatives with scientific content. Key Skills and Requirements: Master's degree in life sciences or healthcare required; MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred. Experience in stakeholder-facing roles within healthcare. Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of local healthcare compliance and pharmaceutical environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in executing medical plans. Affinity with an omnichannel approach.
