Job Description
Cleaver Fulton Rankin, one of Northern Ireland’s leading law firms, is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing client files, ensuring all information is accurately maintained and easily accessible.
Communicating with clients, offering assistance with queries in a sensitive and professional manner.
Assisting with case preparation, including gathering documents, preparing bundles, and coordinating with courts.
Printing, photocopying, and scanning relevant documents for different practice departments.
Maintenance of up-to-date records of case files and legal documents and matter administration.
General administration duties as and when required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have demonstrable experience in an administrative role.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective and trusting relationships with people internally and externally to the firm.
Previous experience of working in a legal or professional services environment would be advantageous.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
Hours:
To be agreed at interview stage. We welcome full-time and part-time applications.
