Key Responsibilities: Engage with veterinary clinics to join and remain in the buying group. Achieve new revenue targets by developing and executing strategic plans. Build and manage your own sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities. Present proposals tailored to clinic needs and provide effective solutions. Accurately maintain the CRM and reporting platforms with key practice interactions. Develop a comprehensive contact strategy to reduce member attrition. Promote the full range of services and member benefits. Professionally defend against competitor approaches and address complex concerns. Requirements: Proven experience in business development or sales growth within an existing customer base. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. A full UK driving license is required. Experience in veterinary sales or animal health is a plus. University degree or relevant experience in animal health sales is advantageous.
