Digital Workspace PURPOSE OF JOB:

We are looking for passionate, experienced, and credible specialist sellers to join the Digital Workplace team. In this role, you will drive strategic opportunities that demonstrate thought leadership in digital workplace, leveraging the full breadth of Microsoft’s technology stack to deliver exceptional customer value and enable transformative outcomes. As a Microsoft Modern Work Specialist, you will partner with customers to design and shape their digital transformation strategies, focusing on Microsoft 365, Teams, Viva, Security solutions and Copilot. Your role will involve leading consultative discussions to align Microsoft technologies with customer needs, showcasing how these solutions can enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee experience. You will also identify and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, working closely with internal teams and Microsoft to maximize impact. This role is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to customers' modernization journeys while developing deep expertise in Microsoft’s Modern Workplace and AI-powered solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Execution:

Coordinate a virtual team and evaluate customer needs to develop strategies that build a strong stakeholder network, accelerating the closure of Modern Work opportunities. Business Value Selling:

Strengthen and grow Bytes relationships with business decision-makers (BDM) by identifying and engaging with key stakeholders. Uncover new Microsoft Modern Work opportunities by understanding customers' business and technology priorities, governance structures, decision-making processes, and budgets, while effectively communicating the value of Modern Work solutions. Scaling and Collaboration:

Drive the planning and coordination of Modern Work opportunities, collaborating with internal teams and Microsoft to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Technical Expertise:

Lead conversations with business and technical decision-makers, share best practices and provide insights into competitors' strategies. Act as a subject matter expert to guide decisions on pursuing or prioritizing opportunities. Sales Excellence:

Develop and execute account strategies across territories, including competitive analysis and business planning, to target high-potential customers. Manage and oversee the adoption of Modern Work solutions across the organization. INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Driving and facilitating the engagement of internal pre-sales and/or external partner resources to achieve growth targets. Support the drive to migrate customers to modern agreement frameworks and platforms such as CSP. Assist with the creation of sales/pre-sales collateral, as well as maintaining content and knowledge. Represent Bytes at customer events such as conferences, discussion forums, training events, webinars and live customer-facing events. Demonstrate capability and knowledge across Microsoft cloud through knowledge-share via internal sales training, internal presentations, and marketing contributions such as white papers. Professional Qualifications: DESIRABLE Years of Experience: 3-5 years plus selling Microsoft technologies (modern work stack) ESSENTIAL Other Requirements: Experience working with Microsoft and the Microsoft MCEM methodology Working with Public sector, SMC and enterprise sectors
