Classroom Supervisors . This role offers the flexibility of daily supply work or longer-term placements, providing a fantastic opportunity for anyone considering a career in teaching. As a Classroom Supervisor, you will: Lead lessons for classes of around 30 pupils in the absence of the teacher. Facilitate learning across a range of subjects (no need to be a specialist). Use lesson plans provided in advance to guide your teaching. Manage classroom behaviour and take attendance. Provide a brief handover to the absent teacher. Successful Classroom Supervisors are adaptable, confident, motivated, and well-organised. They are passionate about education and supporting young people's learning journeys.
