What You’ll Do: Deliver engaging and hands-on technical training to service technicians, using a blend of classroom-based and practical teaching methods. Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages questions and interaction. Collaborate with project teams, dealer networks, and course delegates to ensure training meets high standards and client requirements. Maintain and develop course content, ensuring materials are up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. Support the maintenance and smooth operation of the training facility, including managing workshop equipment and vehicle training fleets. Monitor delegate feedback and continually improve course delivery, ensuring exceptional training experiences. Stay ahead in your field by attending manufacturer training courses, both in the UK and abroad. Support the internal quality assurance process to maintain excellence in training standards. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in delivering technical training within the automotive industry. Strong technical knowledge of workshop diagnostics, repair procedures, and automotive systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. High computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications. A passion for learning and staying updated on the latest automotive advancements.
