Our amazing teams are looking to recruit new Care staff to work a variety of shift patterns – these include working hours of 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, and alternate weekends. You will need to deliver commitment and compassion to both the clients and the role itself, deliver the highest standard of care, allow clients to remain as independent as possible, and enjoy working alone and as part of a team. Being adaptable and personable is essential. The role itself is varied, hard work but incredibly rewarding, you must be willing to provide the following: Assist with all personal care needs – washing/dressing/toileting Medication Support Meal Preparation Light Domestic duties/shopping when required Social and Emotional Support – to include Community outings and Companionship calls Any additional tasks as needed As a direct employee, we will provide: Competitive rates of pay – above industry average in most locations. 5.6 weeks holiday (pro rata) Free Uniform and Free DBS Paid In House training and Shadowing.
