Head of FP&A

SF Executive have partnered with a private equity backed SAAS business that is seeking a Head of FP&A. As the Head of FP&A you will join the finance team at a pivotal time in the organisation's strategic development and growth journey. You will empower the strategic growth by delivering insightful analysis, forward-looking plans and actionable recommendations. You will play a key role in supporting the CFO enhancing operational rigor in the business and delivering profitable growth. The successful Head of FP&A will own the following processes: • 5-year business plan • Budget process • Forecasting process • Board reporting • Supporting business cases • Product / customer profitability • M&A / investment analysis pre-deal • Data analytics & automation The successful Head of FP&A will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent) who has held a lead FP&A position within a small to medium sized organisation or equally, someone who is looking to make a move from practice/ internal M&A to industry. You will possess natural business/ commercial acumen and be proficient with financial modelling.
