The Person: Senior level experience in Public Sector recruitment, particularly within IT & Digital/Change & Transformation Proven track record of high billing figures (£400-500k+ annually) Strong client network and ability to build long-term relationships Experience placing contractors and winning SOW (Statement of Works) relationships High personal standards, professional integrity, and a proactive approach Ability to work autonomously in a mature and low-maintenance environment The Company: Founded in 2004, our client has grown to a team of 42 and is on a mission to become the number one recruitment specialist in the Public & Not-for-Profit sector.
