Manage and support the businesses IT systems across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365, while securing IT systems, handling vendor assessments, and ensuring IT governance compliance. Why This Role?

Receive one-on-one mentorship from our Head of DevOps, gain hands-on experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and other cutting-edge DevOps technologies. In 1-2 years, you'll be ready to lead in a DevOps role. Key Responsibilities: IT Support & Administration:

Provide IT support, manage hardware/software/network issues, maintain IT infrastructure, support onboarding. Security & Compliance:

Ensure IT security, assist with vendor assessments, and respond to cybersecurity threats. Collaboration & Learning:

Learn from the Head of DevOps, support automation and cloud migration projects, and assist with audits. Future DevOps Development:

Gain experience with cloud infrastructure, manage containerized applications, build CI/CD pipelines, and develop automation skills. What We're Looking For: Computer science degree with 2-3 years of experience. Proficiency in IT support or systems administration (Windows and macOS). Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365. Interest in cybersecurity and IT governance. Proactive mindset with a desire to grow into DevOps. Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred) and scripting skills are a plus. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. What You Get in Return: Competitive salary based on experience.
