We are working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a leading Court of Protection team who are based in Bath. You will be joining a Top 100 firm who are at an exciting time of growth. You will be joining the Bath office on a hybrid basis. The successful Court of Protection solicitor will be managing your own varied caseload to include making Court applications, dealing with clients and families, other professionals and getting involved in the management and investment of funds. You will be a qualified solicitor who has had atleast 2 years' PQE in Court of Protection work, including making applications and dealing with deputies. You will have exceptional client care skills, demonstrate experience in a fast paced environment and be ambitious within the area of Court of Protection.
