Job Opportunity: Employment Lawyer (1+ PQE) Position: Associate Practice Area: Employment (claimant) Location: London (Hybrid working available) Are you a talented and driven employment lawyer looking stand up for, and champion the rights of individuals? There is an exciting opportunity with an Employment specialising London-based law firm, whose main aim it is to defend and protect the rights of those who have faced discrimination or prejudice in the workplace. The Firm This firm is recognised for providing expert legal advice with a personal touch. They pride themselves on delivering innovative and practical solutions to a diverse client base, committed to representing employees and senior executives. The practice has a strong reputation for handling complex and high-profile cases, including contentious and non-contentious matters. The Role Advise on a wide range of employment matters: Discrimination, Unfair & wrongful dismissal, Redundancy, Contract advice & restrictive covenants, Negotiating exits & Settlement Agreements, Professional discipline & regulatory, Grievances, bullying & stress at work, and Whistleblowing. Manage your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters. Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements. Represent clients at Employment Tribunals where necessary. Provide strategic advice to employers on HR issues, compliance, and business restructuring. Support senior lawyers on high-value and complex cases. The Ideal Candidate Qualified solicitor with 1+ years PQE specialising in employment law. Genuinely committed to acting for claimants/Senior Executives. Experience working within a reputable London or regional employment team. Experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment work. A client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. What's On Offer?
