We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team. To be successful in this role you will need to be a proactive team player who communicates effectively and demonstrates an understanding of our services. Previous experience within the security industry would be beneficial but not essential. The primary role of the administrator is to be the first point of contact for our customers and to offer administrative support to the office manager, project managers, engineers, and directors. This is a fast-paced industry and office environment in which multi-tasking, prioritizing, and working efficiently is required. We are looking for someone who will be with the company long term. Essential: Must have extensive admin experience Diary management experience necessary Team player (works well as part of a team, willing to stay late when necessary, conscientious of other team members, willing to assist with all areas of admin including shredding, post, franking, taking post to local post office) Reliable Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively Confident telephone manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong IT skills Quick learner The following duties are to be undertaken: Answer high volume of calls, take messages, book appointments and diary manage for the engineers, project manager and directors Place purchase orders for materials and equipment Create and send quotations Sending and closing down the engineer job sheets and schedule follow-up work Stock control for the office i.e. stationary and other supplies Send monthly service reminders to customers Respond to general customer enquiries Archive folders, shredding, post, franking and general administrative tasks Working hours are 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday – Friday. Work Location:

Unit 15 Hanborough Business Park, Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire, OX29 8LH Parking on site. Office located next to train station and opposite bus stop. Driving licence required (admin team alternate taking post to local post office). Salary dependent upon experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: From £24,000.00 per year.
