About the Role As a Trainee in our Accident Team, you will play a key role in managing personal injury claims and supporting clients through the legal process. You will gain hands-on experience handling a variety of cases and develop a strong understanding of case procedures. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with client consultations, gathering evidence, and drafting legal documents. Conducting legal research to support case preparation and strategy. Liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties to progress claims efficiently. Attending court hearings and case reviews alongside senior solicitors. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. What We’re Looking For: We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals with a genuine passion for the legal profession and a strong interest in personal injury law. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage your time effectively and work under pressure. A keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service are essential.
