The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for innovation, knowledge and technology management across the group projects to aid in the successful delivery of our complex development projects through defined milestones, from inception through to completion. The Innovation, Knowledge & Technical Director will assist the Managing Director in managing the innovation, knowledge & design Development functions. You must have a track record of delivering complex residential-led mixed-use developments, a good understanding of the property development process, in particular the technology and construction. You will be an expert in Revit, BIM and Autodesk with a relevant degree and qualifications in engineering, architecture or building surveying. Ref: 3567AM #J-18808-Ljbffr
