Role Description This is a full-time Compliance Administrator role at ELEY Limited located in Minworth, Sutton Coldfield. The Compliance Administrator will be responsible for providing the administrative needs of the Compliance, Technical and Human Resources functions as directed with the opportunity to grow the role over time and undertake relevant training to support this. Responsibilities: Quality & Technical: Support on Internal Audits Creation and maintenance of Work Instructions Creation and maintenance of Process Mapping Monitoring of budget trackers Coordination of ISO Tracker ensuring the most up to date and relevant documents are available, including ad-hoc audits to remove anything outdated Performing administrative tasks related to compliance outside of above tasks Health & Safety: Coordination and logging of Lead Awareness and Basis of Safety training Delivery and logging of Manual Handling training Support with the creation of Health & Safety Committee Meeting minutes Organising and coordinating Mental Health Awareness and Charity events (training as a Mental Health First Aider is available) throughout the year Support with New Starter inductions and associated documentation (permanent employees and agency workers) Supporting Safety Audits Human Resources: Support in HR related meetings with notetaking Coordinate as needed with HR related systems such as iHasco, Atlas and RotaOne Conduct mandatory checks with the relevant governing bodies such as DBS, DVLA and Prohibited Persons Good understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Visio Good understanding of administration and the office environment generally A basic understanding of Compliance i.e. Quality, Health & Safety High integrity, honesty and confidentiality in all dealings Good analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills Basic project management skills Ability to work under pressure Work Pattern:

Monday – Friday Hours of Work:
