SEN HLTA - South Bristol - ASAP! Tradewind are recruiting! Are you an SEN HLTA looking for your next role in South Bristol? Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a hardworking, ambitious Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join our supply team, to work in a fantastic school in South Bristol. They are open to having strong HLTAs who are confident with covering lessons when required. The job role would entail working in an Alternative School/academy supporting students on a 1:1 basis with SEMH & EBD and covering lessons when required; the work is already set. They are looking for someone who has strong classroom management and individuals who are not fazed by challenging behaviour. Our school is urgently looking for an HLTA on a full-time basis starting ASAP on a long-term placement that will result in a contract with the school for the right candidate. The hours are flexible, being full-time school hours, and this is a term-time only role. The rate of pay for this HLTA role is £100 a day, and you would be paid weekly through Tradewind via PAYE. We are looking for: A Higher Level Teaching Assistant with over 6 months experience! A strong HLTA with experience working in an SEN or SEMH school, who is confident with covering lessons and managing a classroom when required. Great behaviour management and someone who is not fazed by challenging behaviour. Reliable, trustworthy and passionate about working with children.
