As an experienced Mental Health Nurse, you will join a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge in a specialist locked rehabilitation setting. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care, as well as providing mentorship and support to team members. You will work in a busy, engaging environment with a good amount of routine and variety, contributing to the service's recovery-based approach and helping service users develop the skills required for community living and increased independence.
