caring, compassionate, and dedicated Care Assistants

to join our team. You’ll be supporting residents in their

home , helping them with daily personal care, companionship, and maintaining a clean, comfortable living environment. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to

make a real difference

in someone’s life every day. Key Responsibilities Providing compassionate care

– Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility support, while treating them with dignity and respect. Emotional and social support

– Build meaningful relationships with residents, ensuring they feel valued and at home. Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment

– Assist with light cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, pleasant living space. Supporting independence

– Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence as much as possible. Teamwork

– Work closely with colleagues to provide the best care possible, ensuring residents' individual needs are met. What We’re Looking For A caring and compassionate nature with a desire to support others. Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships. A team player with a willingness to help where needed. Experience in care is

welcome but not essential
