About the Role: As an Optical Practice Manager, you’ll lead a team of 30 staff in a professional, clinical environment. This full-time role requires 1 weekend day per week. Your responsibilities will include: Training, developing, and managing the team, ensuring high standards of performance. Handling day-to-day operations, ensuring the shop floor runs smoothly, and meeting KPIs. Overseeing subscription services, P&Ls, staff training, and appraisals, with HR support as needed. Providing exceptional patient care and leading by example with hands-on dispensing. What They’re Looking For: Proven experience managing teams of 15+ staff in an Optics setting. A strong operational foundation and ability to engage and motivate teams. A firm yet fair leadership style and excellent interpersonal skills. A desire to grow, expand, and ultimately progress into larger roles within the company.
