Lead Supervisor

to join our dedicated Complex Needs Team, which creates a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment that values the safeguarding and individuality of each student. Through tailored support and our unique approach, we aim to build independence, confidence, and resilience, helping students achieve academically and personally, whilst putting their safeguarding as our paramount concern. With a capacity of 35 students, BIC currently supports those with Complex Needs, with its committed team working to transform lives. The role offers a fantastic opportunity for professional development.
