Generous pay rates: £12.00 + 45p per mile (for car drivers) and your travel time

Requirements for the Care Assistant
Must be flexible and able to work key times of service delivery, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and alternate weekends. Weekend-only workers are also welcome.
Caring and compassionate towards people in need of care.
Respect for individuals with a range of medical conditions and diverse backgrounds and beliefs. Strong commitment to non-discriminatory care practice.
Excellent reliability.
Good communication skills.
Ability to support people with all aspects of their daily living in a manner that respects their dignity and promotes their independence, choices, and privacy.
Ability to prioritize workloads effectively to ensure customers receive the expected services.
Ability to maintain clear written and electronic records and to follow statutory reporting procedures.
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and instructions.
