About the Role:

The main purpose of the position is to provide technical support to installers and engineers working with Riello's products in the areas of fault diagnostics, equipment configuration, and spare parts selection. Responsibilities:

Management of Riello Ltd technical helpline Answering technical queries via telephone and email Providing technical support to Riello Ltd sales & service team Assisting with Riello training courses Assisting with technical burner specification works (hands-on) Updating internal technical files (website) Minimum Requirements: A proven background within mechanical and electrical environment - ideally with experience of forced draught combustion and burner systems Good communication skills, good telephone manner Good computer skills (especially MS Office) Ability to work under own initiative and also as part of a team Ability to work in challenging / fast-paced environment What We Offer: Salary based on candidate's experience Access to benefits central 25 days of holidays + bank holidays Stable working hours from Monday to Friday Life insurance Pension scheme Paid sick leave Opportunities for development within the company's structure Our Commitment to You:
