The Role
As an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor you'll be joining a dedicated team of 5 within the Conveyancing department. This is an opportunity for a proactive conveyancer to manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, and transfers of equity working closely with the Head of Department.
Key responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from start to finish. Handling sales, including drafting contract packs, addressing buyer's solicitor queries, and managing post-completion matters. Managing purchases, requisitioning searches, reviewing titles, raising enquiries, and overseeing registration formalities. Handling transfers of equity, drafting TR1 forms, and liaising with lenders as needed. Skills & Experience You'll be a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 4 years fee earning experience with a proven track record of managing your own caseload. Strong understanding of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and transfers of equity. Ability to work independently, with high attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
