RESPONSIBILITIES Support the GM and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business. Monitor the venue's KPIs, e.g., staff scheduling to ensure labour cost % will be met, waste from kitchen and bar to ensure GP% target will be met, etc. Liaise with the General Manager, owners, and Head Chef or Bar Manager to develop new menus, consolidating the team’s and owners’ ideas, scheduling cook-offs and tastings, revising costings, and suggesting selling prices. Liaise with the Head Chef to enforce food handling regulations and other guidelines to increase customer safety. Liaise with the Restaurant Manager to streamline restaurant processes and improve the customers’ experience. YOU Are dedicated and passionate about the hospitality industry. Boast a highly positive attitude matching a big personality. Experience within a high volume venue is a must. Boast excellent Management skills with the ability to motivate your team at all times. Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Are committed to customer service and strive for the best. Are a natural motivator. Are a hands-on manager who loves to be on the floor, ensuring a smooth running of service, from greeting guests to running food and drinks. Are an individual that loves to create a positive working environment and team-focused culture. Have at least two years’ experience in a Top Level Manager position within a Restaurant & Bar or Hotel environment with a track record of people management and great customer experience. Have immaculate time management and communication skills. Are ideally living in Scotland, or willing to relocate ASAP to the gorgeous Aberdeen! Ready to get started?
