Senior Business Analyst

to join their team.

This is a hybrid role, with

2 days a week onsite in Huntingdon , so the client will only consider applications from candidates within commuting distance.

Responsibilities: The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, as well as working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the development of effective business solutions. This position plays a crucial role in driving improvements and aligning business needs with technology solutions.

Technical Skills Required:

Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. Understanding SDLC and collaborating with IT. Prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma). Business & Domain Knowledge: Industry expertise (e.g., manufacturing), market research, and analysing trends. Soft Skills: Team collaboration, adaptability, and time management. Testing & QA: Leading UAT, ensuring high-quality product alignment with business needs. Process Mapping & Modelling: Proficient in business process modelling (Visio, Bizagi) and creating flowcharts, ERDs, and wireframes. Tools & Software: Business analysis tools (e.g., Azure), Diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Mural), Data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).

Eligibility: They will not consider relocators, and will not consider candidates on Dependent or Graduate Visas. Due to the nature of the project work, they will only consider candidates with Indefinite Leave to Remain or British citizens. #J-18808-Ljbffr
