The Trust has created its own in-house training scheme for trust grade doctors. It is aimed at those who may want more experience in psychiatry, as well as international medical graduates who wish to pursue a career in psychiatry in the UK. The Trust will offer a minimum 13-month contract to successful applicants and they will be eligible for an attractive relocation package of up to £5,000. Induction: At the beginning of your post, you will take part in an induction programme. The induction will introduce you to the Trust if you have not previously worked with us before. As part of the induction, you will be introduced to the workplace and informed of the requirements of the post, including your on-call commitments. Supervision arrangements: Clinical supervision is provided by Senior Medical Staff within the team as required. Weekly educational supervision is provided by the Consultant. There will be a minimum of one hour per week of formal supervision and ongoing clinical supervision as required.
