Hobson Prior is seeking a Principal Biostatistician to join a dynamic team in the biometrics field. This role involves leading and managing clinical trial projects, providing statistical expertise, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of statistical deliverables. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location. Responsibilities: Lead and manage clinical trial projects, offering technical guidance to project teams. Ensure sound statistical methods are used in study design and analysis. Mentor and support less experienced team members. Contribute to protocol design and research proposals. Collaborate with teams to enhance drug development strategies. Review and provide input on clinical data management documents. Write and review statistical analysis plans and reports. Conduct statistical analysis and ensure quality control of deliverables. Provide statistical consultation for publication of trial results. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and interact with regulatory agencies. Participate in resource management and organizational growth activities. Key Skills and Requirements: Advanced degree in statistical science or related field. Experience in a CRO or consultancy setting. Proficiency in SAS and familiarity with regulatory data standards like CDISC. Leadership experience is advantageous.
