I have just taken on a new search for an Early Careers Manager – L&D to join a fast-paced research company on a full-time basis. This role will report directly into the L&D Manager and is a hybrid role based in central London 2-3 days a week. In this role you will be responsible for managing the early careers training academy as well as the apprenticeship and internship programmes for the business. You will be required to partner with stakeholders in the business to analyse the current early careers L&D offering and develop ideas to improve this further. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to senior stakeholders in the business and work closely with the wider HR team. You will also be responsible for developing engaging e-learning trainings and delivering these effectively. Responsibilities: Manage the early careers training academy, apprenticeship, and internship programmes. Partner with stakeholders to analyse and enhance the early careers L&D offering. Develop engaging e-learning trainings and deliver them effectively. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role focused on early careers training. Strong stakeholder management skills. Experience in using and developing eLearning and managing an LMS. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
