Finance Manager Leicester (Enderby) 30K - 37K Full Time - Permanent Job Office Based PLEASE READ THE ROLE BEFORE APPLYING - UK EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED DUE TO DIFFERENT TAX, VAT, AND EXPORT REGULATIONS HERE. We are on the hunt for a Finance Manager who can start a full-time, permanent role within an export business in the Enderby area of Leicester. You will be responsible for an Accounts Assistant. This is an office-based role working within a very small team and reporting directly to the MD. You will be involved in all finance operations within the company, creating financial reports, running the month-end payments run, and looking at cost-saving within the business. There will also be some transactional finance duties at times such as invoicing and creating VAT returns. It's Monday - Thursday (Apply online only) and Friday (Apply online only). Working 34 hours per week. Personality and attitude are everything for this role; we are NOT looking for a corporate person who sees the job as a stepping stone. Communication is key, and you will be chatting on the phone, chatting in person, creating reports for email, and speaking to banks and the factoring company and suppliers/debtors. The perfect person will have either helped the role of a Finance Manager within a small company but is now looking to take a step up or someone who has worked within a senior finance role, ideally within a UK export company and has experience of factoring.
