Senior Pricing Manager (Commercial Lines) - Hybrid working 2 days pw on site - Up to £90k + Bonus + Outstanding package
Hawksworth UK have been asked to source a talented Senior Pricing Manager for a Global Insurance firm. This exciting opportunity will be in the Commercial Pricing team and will manage an immediate team of 5-8 members. This is Hybrid working, so you will be expected to be on site 2 days per week in Surrey (Guildford). Salary depending on experience & skill level but expected range between £80,000 and £90,000 base salary. The successful candidate will have significant Pricing experience and experience managing teams as a Pricing Manager. We are looking for: Expertise in either Street Pricing, Technical Modelling, End-to-End pricing. Emblem or Radar skills and some technical experience with either SAS, R, Python, SQL, etc. Ideally degree educated in a Mathematical, Technology subject OR Actuarial / CII. Good communication skills and people management skills. Must live in a commutable distance from Surrey OR willing to relocate. Must be able to work in the country without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. We can offer: Competitive base salary up to £90,000. 25 days holiday & bank holidays. Annual performance related bonus (10%). Excellent pension contributions (this is one of the best I have seen!) and Life Cover up to 4 x salary.
