Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Development Surveyor to lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality asset development, disposals, and valuation services. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial property portfolio and driving strategic asset management initiatives. The Role
As the Principal Development Surveyor, you will: Lead and manage a team of surveyors, driving performance, innovation, and compliance. Oversee the review and rationalization of the commercial portfolio, identifying opportunities to enhance capital and revenue income. Manage complex negotiations, asset valuations, and property disposals from inception to completion. Provide expert advice and reports to senior stakeholders, contributing to strategic decision-making. Support the development and implementation of asset management systems and ensure all properties are safe and compliant. About You
To succeed in this role, you will need: MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status. Significant experience in asset valuation, development, and disposal, with a strong understanding of related laws and commercial negotiations. Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering complex property projects. Strong analytical and financial planning abilities, with experience in managing budgets and contracts.
