Exeter Are you a passionate English Teacher ready for your next role? Do you encourage pupils to take a responsible and conscientious attitude to their own work and study? The Senior Leadership Team is looking for an English Teacher to join them on a long-term, full-time basis. You will need to have a secure knowledge of the subject and curriculum area, fostering pupils' interest. The successful English Teacher will need to: Hold QTS with an English specialism (Early Careers Teachers / ECT are also encouraged to apply) Have experience teaching English across KS3 and KS4 (experience teaching at KS5 is advantageous) Build relationships rooted in mutual respect Have high expectations of behaviour, using praise, sanctions, and rewards consistently and fairly TeacherActive will provide you with a dedicated consultant to support you in this role and any further opportunities within your career.
