THE GIG As part of our awesome Sales Operations team, you’ll partner closely with our Sales, Distribution Centre, Supply & Demand, and Finance teams to provide seamless operational assistance to our Wholesale partners across the UK region. Sales Operation Coordinator

you will be responsible for: Acting as the main contact for customer and departmental queries, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution with Sales, Distribution, and Supply Chain teams. Managing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, resolving issues and meeting delivery requirements. Handling customer queries and returns, safeguarding quality, cost, and delivery performance. Maintaining accurate customer data, aligning with teams across credit, supply chain, and warehousing to meet customer needs. Providing updates and reports, addressing challenges, and supporting colleagues, as necessary. THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are: Proven experience in B2B/Wholesale operations or customer service environment within the fashion/footwear industry, with proficiency in D365 (a bonus!) or similar system and solid Excel skills (pivot tables; run/review reports). Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset. Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
