Early Years Teaching Assistant/Nursery Nurse
to join one of our partnership schools in the Northumberland area. This is a temporary position starting on
31st January , with an initial duration of
6 weeks , and the potential for extension. We are looking for someone passionate about supporting and enhancing the education of young children within a classroom setting. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years curriculum and the ability to deliver it effectively. Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria: Experience : Proven experience working in an Early Years setting. Qualifications : A recognised Level 2/3 Early Years Teaching Assistant/Nursery Nurse qualification. Attributes : A caring and nurturing approach towards children, with a commitment to their growth and development. Knowledge : Full understanding of safeguarding procedures, child protection responsibilities, and the ability to uphold these to the highest standard. Flexibility : Adaptable to new learning environments and able to handle varying classroom dynamics. Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and students. DBS Certificate : A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate or willingness to apply for one. Availability : Able to commit to working five days a week for the duration of the assignment, with flexibility to extend if required. Role Details:
