Be a Leader:

Guide and develop a team of skilled driving instructors, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence. •

Drive Innovation:

Stay up to date with national changes in driver training, proactively implementing improvements to ensure compliance and the highest standards. •

Make an Impact:

Contribute directly to the safety and development of operational and non-operational personnel across the service. •

Collaborate and Deliver:

Work closely with teams, including Training Administration, to plan courses that meet service demand, maintain competence, and upskill staff. About You We are seeking someone who: • Has experience in delivering and managing high-standard training programmes. • Is a confident leader, capable of inspiring and developing a team. • Demonstrates excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills. • Proactively seeks continuous improvement and adapts to evolving standards. • Is willing to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, across various WYFRS sites (this is not a work-from-home position). £37,938 rising to £40,476 per annum
