dedicated supervisors and a knowledgeable technical support team , we’ll help you build confidence and excel in your role. What You’ll Do In this exciting and varied role, you’ll be the face of ENVEA, delivering expert service and support to customers in your allocated region. Your responsibilities will include: On-Site Expertise : Repair, commission, calibrate, and fault-find (to board level) ENVEA’s state-of-the-art equipment at industrial sites. Customer Training : Help customers maximise the potential of their systems with training on functionality and maintenance. Problem-Solving : Diagnose technical issues and provide clear solutions, becoming a trusted advisor to our clients. Feedback and Collaboration : Share your field insights with our internal teams to drive product improvements and future innovations. Documentation : Accurately maintain service records and ensure timely completion of reports. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for customer service. Our ideal candidate has: A

degree, HND, or equivalent

in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Experience in

electronics , ideally within instrumentation or an industrial environment. Previous

field service

experience (a plus). Knowledge of

gas analysers or particulate emission monitors

(advantageous but not essential). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A

full UK driving licence
