January 30, 2025 Long-term freelance opportunity for a Senior Planner in South London, paying a competitive day rate. An opportunity for a Planner to work with a tier 1 sized main contractor on a £300M new build residential project in South London. Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a national brand in their search for a Planner to join their team. This is an opportunity to be site-based. As a Planner, you will benefit from working with the existing construction team and have full support from a Planning Manager and Construction Director. Our client takes pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various schemes across London in the sectors of new build, fit-out, and refurbishment. This is an opportunity for a Planner to join the team on a freelance basis for a minimum of 3 months. They are looking for someone with a proven track record providing support to a main contractor.
