Nursery Room Leader

We are looking for Experienced Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educators for our Nurseries in Dartford. This is a full time post for 30-40 hours a week between the hours of 7:30am-6:30pm, all year through. We do not accept term time only candidates. Experience working in Early Years is vital to this role, requiring enthusiasm, reliability, and a proactive approach towards their work and their colleagues. Supporting the management team and role modelling to team members is essential. The nursery is closed between the dates of Christmas and New Year that is part of the statutory holiday entitlement. These dates will be advised to you in advance. The successful applicant will have an excellent team working ethic and will be able to bring suggestions and ideas to the setting to enhance our practice. They will have excellent knowledge of EYFS, recording observations, assessment and progress, planning next steps, and individual learning plans for key children. Keeping records up to date and compliance with EYFS requirements, communicating with parents, and being motivated with the determination to deliver outstanding learning outcomes for children in your care is crucial. Salary is negotiable and depends on hours and experience. An enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory professional references are required before any employment can be confirmed.
