£50k-£70k Basic Salary (DOE).

The Role of the Territory Sales Manager:
The main element of the role is to sell a portfolio of hip, knee, and shoulder implants along with other consumables, primarily implants (both primary & revision surgery).
Liaising & supporting orthopaedic surgeons, consultants & nurses.
Ensuring that business is retained.
Manage your own workload within the hospitals.
50/50 split with new business & existing business.
Covering Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
The Ideal Person for the Territory Sales Manager:
Drive and motivation are essential; the company offers a lot but must be earned through hard work and determination to achieve goals.
Minimum of 5 years of orthopaedic theatre sales experience is required.
A good understanding of orthopaedics and strong contacts in the territory are necessary.
A successful sales track record is a significant advantage.
Will consider neuro/spine candidates or exceptional theatre salespeople who are bright and can retain information.
