Role Overview:
We are seeking a Project Engineer with a strong background in commissioning and completions. This role will support the organization by reviewing, prioritising, and organising all relevant plant documentation including Inspection Test Records (ITRs), Non-Conformance Records (NCRs), Outstanding worklist (OWL) and punch list items into discipline-specific work scopes and work packs. This role is critical for ensuring compliance and governance with regards to handover of plant and associated equipment into live plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and package items per shutdown / non-shutdown scope.
Review and assess ITRs and NCRs to determine scope, priority, and discipline allocation.
Develop and compile detailed workpacks based on ITRs and NCRs for efficient execution.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure alignment and feasibility of workpacks.
Support scheduling and planning efforts to streamline the resolution of NCRs and completion of ITRs.
Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Provide technical input and recommendations to improve inspection and maintenance workflows.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a maintenance and/or project engineering role, ideally in a heavy industrial or process plant environment.
Strong understanding of Inspection Test Records and Non-Conformance Record processes.
Proficiency in work order management systems and workpack preparation.
Excellent organisational and communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
