You will have the chance to manage a varied and complex caseload, working on high-profile cases alongside experienced team members. The firm offers a collaborative, well-resourced environment that supports professional growth and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage your own caseload of pre-action and litigated cases, delivering excellent client service.
Assist senior team members on complex, high-severity claims.
Handle client interviews, prepare witness statements, and draft legal documents.
Support clients throughout their case, including advising on funding options and managing costs.
Comply with all litigation protocols and maintain case files according to firm standards.
Participate in marketing, business development, and professional development activities.
Ideal Candidate: Qualified as a solicitor or FCILEx, with experience in claimant clinical negligence. Strong IT skills and adaptability to new systems. Knowledge of business development and social media as tools for growth. A collaborative approach, with a focus on client care and achieving excellent results.
Additional Information: Full-time hours (9am-5:15pm, Monday to Friday) with part-time options considered. Hybrid working available after successful probation. An inclusive and supportive environment where your well-being is a priority.
