Additional responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Develop, support, and mature the cross-selling playbook to maximize revenue opportunities and enhance customer engagement across product lines and business units. Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Integrated Evidence Generation teams to support client engagement activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and relationship management. Assist the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team in data strategy and technology deployment to optimize business operations and enhance customer experiences. Partner with the RTI Corporate Development team to assess potential acquisition and strategic partnership targets, conducting due diligence and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. Support the RTI Strategic Development team in assessing markets and potential markets for services, conducting market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats. Facilitate the integration of acquired organizations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with strategic objectives. Represent the company at conferences and industry events to network, build relationships, and stay informed about emerging trends and best practices. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field plus 15 years of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven track record of success in strategic planning, business development, or corporate strategy, preferably within industry-specific sectors. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, anticipate market trends, and identify growth opportunities. Experience in M&A due diligence and integration preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools. Willingness to travel as needed. You will lead the development of go-to-market strategies for new lines of business, leveraging market research, customer insights, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue growth.
