We recruit both in the UK & Internationally, with our team in central Bristol.
Key Requirements:
Bristol based - Our HQ is here, we want people immersed in our business helping us drive things forward. Previous sales experience - we are open on sectors but you must have had exposure to selling. Some recruitment experience would be an advantage - This is flexible; if you enjoy the sector but not where you are working, call us. Want to make an impact - We aren't selling you an easy role here, but if you come in and make an impact on our business, your standing could become very high very quickly. The other stuff - Great attitude, good person, positive outlook, and keen to “get sh*t done.”
What else?
Super competitive commission schedule (happy to send over if required). All the usual “fun stuff” - 2023 EOY Target hitters incentive is Miami; this year is New York. Heka - Wellness contribution. Day off on Birthday. Christmas shutdown. B-corp business - a well-run and fair company, with opportunities for volunteering and fundraising.

Look, we recruit in the creative sector, so it is a different vibe compared to some of the more corporate worlds, BUT it is still a sales role. This is a motivated bunch of recruiters who want to get on and make a decent living out of this job we call recruitment. The job comes with pressure, so you might as well have some fun along the way.
