TeacherActive are currently working alongside an amazing mainstream primary school. This school is based in Witham, and they are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support children's learning, providing both one-on-one and group assistance. Your role will be key in helping pupils overcome challenges, fostering their confidence, and enabling them to reach their full potential.
What We Are Looking For
Experience : Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but if you are enthusiastic and willing to learn, we would still love to hear from you. Commitment : A positive attitude and a passion for supporting children's development are essential. Flexibility : The ability to adapt to the needs of different pupils and teachers. Transport : A driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable, as this will make commuting to Witham more convenient. Key Responsibilities
