About the Company

Join a market-leading supplement and skincare brand as they embark on an exciting eCommerce transformation. Known for their innovation and commitment to quality, this company is undertaking a system migration and full eCommerce revamp, with the launch planned for June 2025.

The Role

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Projects to lead the delivery of this ambitious project. You'll oversee the end-to-end process of migrating systems and launching a new Shopify Plus platform while ensuring the subscription-based eCommerce model is optimised for success.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Delivery:

Manage the full lifecycle of the system migration and eCommerce overhaul, from planning to post-launch. System Migration:

Lead the migration process, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption. Shopify Plus Build:

Oversee the development and deployment of the new Shopify Plus platform, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Subscription Expertise:

Apply your knowledge of subscription-based eCommerce models to enhance customer experience and drive recurring revenue. Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the main point of contact, ensuring alignment across teams and providing regular progress updates to senior leadership. Timeline Management:

Develop and execute a detailed project plan to meet the tight launch deadline in June. Risk Management:

Proactively identify potential challenges and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.

About You

We're looking for someone with: Proven experience delivering eCommerce migrations and platform transformations. Deep expertise in Shopify Plus and subscription-based models. Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong technical understanding, including APIs, integrations, and system architecture. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Flexibility to travel to Birmingham for 2 days a week to collaborate with the team. A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and project leadership.
