We are currently recruiting for a skilled Site Manager to oversee a crucial social housing refurbishment project in the TW17 area of London. Project Overview:
This refurbishment project includes a variety of essential external works such as:
Cavity wall insulation
Lost insulation
Window and door installations
Extracted fan replacements
With the project currently around 50% complete and scheduled for completion by mid-May, you will play a key role in managing a dedicated team of 6-7 professionals, including a senior site manager and a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO).
What We re Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
Proven experience
in site management, preferably within a tier 1 contractor environment and focusing on social housing or construction projects. Strong Excel capabilities : Able to update trackers, filter data, and generate detailed reports to manage project milestones effectively. Knowledge of external wall insulation (EWI)
and various energy efficiency measures. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
to collaborate effectively with team members and engage with stakeholders. Self-motivated
with a strong capacity to work both independently and within a team-based environment. Flexible and adaptable
to meet the evolving requirements of the project. A
full, clean driving license
and access to a vehicle for site visits. Desirable Qualifications: Experience within a tier 1 contracting environment. A comprehensive background in managing social housing construction projects.
