Head of Engineering
to spearhead the development of market-leading air management and acoustic solutions.
About the Role In this key leadership position, you will:
Act as the
technical lead , driving product and solutions-based sales. Lead the
engineering team , managing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Oversee
product development , ensuring cutting-edge technologies are integrated. Collaborate with sales & commercial teams to provide
technical expertise and support . Drive
process improvements
and efficiencies across engineering & design functions. Develop, mentor, and inspire a team, fostering innovation and professional growth.
What We're Looking For Strong industry experience
in air handling, process air conditioning, or acoustics. Proven leadership
in an engineering or technical management role. Experience in
product development & improvement . Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment . 7+ years of relevant experience .
