A growing insurance business is looking for a

Head of Agile Delivery

to implement and champion agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects.

As Head of Agile Delivery, you will build and scale high-performing Agile teams, establish and refine ways of working, and drive continuous improvement by measuring and managing delivery effectiveness.

This is a brand new function for the business, so past experience

implementing agile across various company sizes

is highly advantageous.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in Agile Delivery Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean principles. Must have experience implementing Agile in the financial service or insurance industry. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, DevOps, and Engineering. Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, adapting to tight deadlines and shifting requirements with ease. Driving the adoption of Agile practices within pods, including establishing standards like Definition of Ready and Definition of Done. Having implemented Agile from scratch - ideally in companies of various sizes. Salary: up to £150,000/year (depending on experience) Hybrid working model: 3 days in the London office.
